By continuing, you grant your consent for conducting business via electronic communications, receiving electronic agreements, notifications, or other documents, and using electronic signatures to execute agreements and other documents. This electronic signature service is offered on behalf of the entity referred to as the counterparty in the document you are signing, as well as its affiliated companies and subsidiaries (“Sending Party”), who are sending you this electronic document and requesting electronic signatures from you.
Furthermore, by providing your personal details (such as your name, postal address, email address, phone number, and signature), you authorize the Sending Party to process, screen, and retain this personal information for the purpose of this transaction. You recognize that the Sending Party may share this personal information with a third-party provider responsible for processing information on the Sending Party’s behalf to support certain internal business functions. This also applies to third-party entities situated in various countries worldwide.
You are under no obligation to accept agreements, notifications, or other documents electronically or utilize electronic signatures to sign such documents. If you would rather not use these electronic methods, you have the option to request paper copies and revoke your consent (as detailed below) for conducting business through electronic communications, receiving electronic agreements, notifications, and other documents, and employing electronic signatures for agreement execution and other document-related purposes.
Paper copies
Receiving agreements, notices, or other documents electronically and signing documents electronically is not mandatory. You have the option to request paper copies of these documents if that is your preference. Additionally, you can download and print any open or signed documents sent to you through our service using the PDF and Print icons. We may also send you PDF copies of all agreements that require your signature via email.
If you choose to receive paper copies instead of electronic documents, please close this web browser and initiate your request for paper copies from the Sending Party by following the outlined procedures below. It’s important to note that the Sending Party may impose a fee for processing paper copy requests.
Consent withdrawal
You may withdraw your consent to transact business using electronic communications, receive agreements, notices, or other documents electronically, and utilize electronic signatures for executing agreements and other documents, at any time, by following the procedures described below. In order to withdraw your consent, you must notify the Sending Party that you wish to withdraw consent and to be provided with agreements, notices, and other documents in paper format.
Scope of consent
You consent to receiving electronic communications, agreements, notifications, and other documents, as well as using electronic signatures for all pertinent and specified documents throughout your association with the Sending Party. You retain the option to withdraw your consent at any time by following the outlined procedures below.
Disclaimer
Any agreement or document signed before the withdrawal of consent to electronically sign agreements and other documents will remain valid. Likewise, all notices received before the withdrawal of consent to receive electronic notices will be considered valid. If, after withdrawing consent, you choose to use the electronic signature system at any point in the future, you will be giving your consent to receive agreements, notices, and other documents electronically and to utilize electronic signatures.
Requesting paper copies, withdrawing consent, and updating contact information
You can download and print any document we send to you through our Service. To:
(a) request paper copies of documents,
(b) withdraw consent for electronic business transactions,
(c) withdraw consent to receive agreements, notices, or other documents electronically,
